Estimates and the sizer
The house sizer, the savings figures and anything else with "ish" next to it are illustrative ballparks based on typical West Country assumptions, which we state alongside them. They are not quotes, promises or financial advice. Real numbers come from a survey of your actual roof and your actual usage, in writing.
No contract until there's a contract
Nothing on this site is an offer. Work is carried out under the written quote and terms you receive after survey, which are the documents that matter legally.
Accuracy and availability
We keep the site honest and up to date, but we don't promise it's free of errors or always online. If a price, spec or claim on here conflicts with your written quote, the written quote wins.
Whose stuff is whose
The Sunny's name, wordmark, mascot, illustrations and words on this site belong to CW Electrical (Bristol) Ltd. Manufacturer names and accreditation marks belong to their owners and appear because we genuinely hold them or fit them.
Liability
We're not liable for loss arising from reliance on ballpark figures or from using the site itself. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights or the terms of your written contract with us.
The boring geography
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
